Do you take on whole-home remodels?
We stay in three lanes: bathrooms, kitchens, and tile. A job that runs past those, we say so at the quote instead of learning it halfway through your house.
Do subcontractors do the work?
Tyler and Brian run and work every project. You get the two owners on site, not a sales rep who hands you off to a rotating crew.
Can you give me a remodel cost before you start?
Half-bath refreshes start around $4,500. Full bathrooms run $12,000-$22,000. Kitchens and master suites scale up from there. We set one fixed price at the quote and that is the number you pay.
Can you finish a bathroom in a week?
A standard full bath runs four to seven working days, demo to walk-through. We give you the schedule with the quote and we hold to it.
Do you work outside Manchester?
Manchester is home. We work Tullahoma, Murfreesboro, McMinnville, Shelbyville, and the rest of Middle Tennessee week to week, with no travel fee inside that area.
