Tullahoma sits about twelve miles southwest of Manchester, so we’re not driving in from another county to look at your bathroom. We’re already in Coffee County, and Tullahoma is a core part of where we work every week.
Most of the town’s housing came up in waves: early-1900s cottages near downtown, the all-brick mid-century ranches that define neighborhoods like Bel-Aire and Westwood, and newer subdivisions out toward the edges. Those 1950s-to-70s ranches are now fifty to seventy years old, original tile showers, single baths, closed-off galley kitchens. That’s the work we do.
A lot of Tullahoma stays put because of the jobs, Arnold Air Force Base and AEDC, the UT Space Institute, Motlow State. People with long-tenure jobs tend to reinvest in the house they’re keeping. We help them do it once and do it right.

Tullahoma is core territory for us, about a fifteen-minute drive from the shop. We’re in town most weeks. Bel-Aire, Westwood, Hunter’s Creek, the Lakewood area, downtown: all of it.
Can you update an older brick ranch bathroom?
That’s most of what we do in Tullahoma. We pull the old tub or fiberglass surround, waterproof the pan and walls right, and set new tile by hand. A standard full bath runs four to seven working days, start to walk-through.
