Timelines, pricing, who shows up, what we do about dust. Everything we would want answered if we were the homeowner.
Three to seven days depending on scope. Half-baths wrap in two to three days. A standard full-bath runs four to six. Master suites with custom showers stretch to seven. You get a fixed schedule with the quote and we hold it.
Half-bath refreshes start around $4,500. Standard full-bath remodels run $12,000 to $22,000. Master suites with custom showers and double vanities run $25,000 to $45,000. Kitchen backsplashes start at $1,200 and climb from there as the project gets more luxurious. Every quote is fixed-price in writing. No day rates, no “while we’re at it” upcharges.
Both. If you have a Pinterest board and a tile picked out, we set it. If you are starting from scratch, we walk the space, talk through layouts, and pull tile and fixture samples. No interior-designer markup.
Yes. Demo, debris haul, and protection of the rest of the house all sit inside the quote. We lay drop cloths, run dust barriers, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Tyler and Brian. That is the whole crew. No subcontractors, no rotating helpers, no “the foreman will swing by Tuesday.” The two guys who write the quote are the two guys who set the tile.
If the line is still in production, yes. Bring us a spare tile or take a clear close-up photo of the face and the back. We source from local supply houses across Middle Tennessee.

Call or text 931-222-5538, or fill out the form on our quote page. We respond the same business day, schedule a 30-minute on-site walkthrough, and write a fixed-price quote inside 24 hours.
Not directly. Most clients use a HELOC or a short-term home-improvement loan through their bank. Tell us during the walkthrough and we will point you at options.
Tell us before we mix mortar for the next section. Tile changes mid-job carry a restock fee and add a day to the schedule, but we will pause and let you swap. The mistake we are trying to dodge is finishing a room you do not love.
A deposit pins the calendar slot. The remainder splits into a mid-project draw and a final payment after walk-through. Personal check, ACH, or credit card. Nothing changes hands until you sign off on the punch list.
We seal the work zone with plastic sheeting and run a HEPA shop vac while we cut. The rest of the house stays usable. Tell us where the pets sleep and where the kids run, and we route around it. If demo day is loud, we will tell you the day before so you can plan.
Yes. Drop cloths on hardwood, ram board on tile floors, plastic on doorways. We bring our own bathrooms (porta-john on long jobs) so we are not tracking through your living room every break.
Schluter Kerdi and Ditra for waterproofing on every wet build. Mapei or Laticrete thinset and grout. We pull tile and fixtures from MSI, Daltile, Floor & Decor, and a handful of local Middle Tennessee supply houses. You see brand and SKU on the written quote before anything ships.
