Set the tile by hand.
Machine-cut tile is a starting point. Niche returns, miter corners, drain seams. The cuts that matter get marked, measured, and trimmed by hand. 1/16-inch grout lines, color-matched silicone on every change of plane. Planning is where it starts.

Fix the quote, hold the schedule.
Fixed price in writing within 24 hours of the walkthrough. Daily schedule before demo starts. If we said Thursday, we’re done Thursday.
